  • 2<\/span> cups<\/span> sugar<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> cup<\/span> butter<\/span> softened<\/span><\/li>
  • 3<\/span> eggs<\/span> beaten<\/span><\/li>
  • 1\u00bd<\/span> cups<\/span> water<\/span> divided<\/span><\/li>
  • 3<\/span> ounces<\/span> lime gelatin<\/span><\/li>
  • 4<\/span> ounces<\/span> Miceli's Ricotta Cheese<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> cups<\/span> powdered sugar<\/span><\/li>
  • 2<\/span> tablespoons<\/span> butter<\/span> softened<\/span><\/li>
  • 1<\/span> cup<\/span> cream<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00bd<\/span> teaspoon<\/span> green sprinkles<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n

    Instructions<\/h3>
    • Preheat your oven to 350\u2109, and grease a 9 x 13 inch cake pan with the teaspoon of butter.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Whisk together the buttermilk and the 2 teaspoons of vanilla.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Beat together the sugar and the cup of butter on medium speed for about 5 minutes, and then beat in the eggs.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Beat in a third of the flour mixture and half of the buttermilk mixture on low speed, beat in another third of the flour mixture, and then beat in the remaining buttermilk mixture and remaining flour mixture.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Transfer it to the pan, let it bake for about 15 minutes, and then turn it.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Let it bake for about 15 more minutes, let it cool for 30 minutes, and then poke it with a fork. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add the cup of water to a pan, bring it to a boil, and then add the gelatin.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Stir the mixture for 2 minutes, add the remaining water, and then add it to the cake. <\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Refrigerate it for about 2 hours.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Beat together the ricotta, powdered sugar, remaining butter, and remaining vanilla.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Beat the cream on high speed for about 3 minutes, and then add it to the ricotta mixture.<\/span><\/div><\/li>
    • Add the frosting to the cake, and then add the sprinkles.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n
